"Stigma and lack of education about mental health and emotional wellness has taken a toll on our families and the Black Community, I'm going to help change that".

We are all dealing with something. Whether good or bad, we go through stressful times. We are all human, and no one goes through this life unscathed. Life can be difficult, people can be complicated, and problems will arise, but I believe that the human spirit is resilient and we can be inspired by each other in ways unimaginable. Don't hold it in, you don't have to hide it, that's how we get sick. Being Black in America, we are often in a constant state of emotional distress, but it's never too late to heal...it's never too late to be well.
